Who can buy. You need to be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's consent and supervision.

Products and pricing. Our products are made to order, and slight colour variation between your screen and the printed item is normal. All prices are in Indian Rupees and are the final amount payable, inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices and availability can change without notice, and we may refuse, limit, or cancel an order (for example, suspected fraud or an obvious pricing error).

Orders and cancellation are covered by our Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy.

Our designs are ours. Every design, slogan, and piece of artwork on this store belongs to Delight Depot and is protected by law. Please do not copy, reproduce, or resell them without our written permission.

Playing fair. Do not use the store for anything unlawful, to infringe anyone's rights, to upload malicious code, or to mess with how it runs.

Third parties. We rely on Shopify, Razorpay, our printing and fulfilment partner, and courier partners, each provided on their own terms.

Liability. As far as the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer law.

Governing law. These terms follow the laws of India and fall under the courts of Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh. The current version always lives on this page.
