The moment your order ships, we send a tracking link by SMS and email. Tap that link for live, up to the minute status straight from the courier. That is the fastest way to see exactly where your package is.

Orders are made to order, so they dispatch in 2 to 3 business days, and tracking usually goes live within 24 hours of dispatch. If it has been longer than that, we are already on it, just reach out.
